Diet Plan for Patients of Jaundice
A patient with jaundice should eat a normal vegetarian diet which is less oily and spicy. Plenty of water should be taken by the patient. A person should take liquid diet for the first few days. He can take the juice of fresh fruits and vegetables. Later on, he can come back to his normal diet. A non-vegetarian diet should be strictly avoided as meat is hard to digest.
