5:30 AM: WAKE-UP TIME: Take 1-2 glass of Luke warm water.

6:00 AM: EMPTY STOMACH: 4-5 Almonds (soaked overnight) / 1tsp. Fenugreek seeds soaked overnight in a glass of water (drink water only) / Aloe vera juice or Amla juice (20ml in half – one cup of water)

6:15 AM: 30-45mins walk, 30mins (Light exercises, yoga, meditation)

8:00 AM: BREAKFAST: Oats (Vegetable) / Upma / Suji or Besan Chila / Idli (Filled with green vegetables) / Porridge (enriched with seasonal vegetables) / Vegetable Sandwich (brown bread or whole wheat grain bread, without mayonnaise and sauces) / 2 Boiled egg (white part) / 1-2 Chapati / Sabzi / Dal / Fresh Yogurt / Mung Dal Khichdi (Use Olive oil for cooking)

11:00 AM: MIDDLE MEAL: Sattu / Buttermilk / Mattha (without filter, salty) / Herbal Tea (made from cumin, coriander and fennel seeds) / Green Tea / Fruits / Green coconut water

1:00-2:00 PM: LUNCH: Have 1 Bowl of green salad before lunch. 2 Wheat Chapati / 2 Missi Chapati (Mixed with Gram flour and Wheat flour) / Dal / Fresh Yogurt / Sabzi / Rice / Mung Dal Khichadi

5:00 PM: EVENING MEAL: Fruits / Roasted Chana / Herbal Tea / Green Tea / Green coconut water

8:00 PM: DINNER: Vegetable Soup / Fruits / Salad / Boiled Vegetables
