Diet Plan for Ovarian cyst

An Ovarian cyst can be defined simply as a small sac filled with fluid that forms within the ovaries of women. Ovarian cysts can be quiet painful and cause unpleasant sensations. However, ovarian cysts can become malignant or cancerous in certain cases but most of them are benign. They can cause pain, heavy menstrual bleeding and may result in infertility. A healthy diet can have intense effects in the formation of ovarian cysts. One should have less meat and cheese products to reduce the occurrence of ovarian cysts. Modifying the daily diet routine involving more fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains in a meal is a best option to be adopted in PCOD.
