5:30 AM: WAKE-UP TIME: Take 1-2 glass of Luke warm water.
6:00 AM: EMPTY STOMACH: 1 teaspoon Fenugreek / Fennel seeds soaked in 1 glass of water overnight / Bottle gourd (1 cup juice)
6:15 AM: 30-45 mins walk, 30 mins (Light exercises, yoga, meditation)
8:00 AM: BREAKFAST: Boiled egg white / Fresh Yogurt (mix with mashed bananas) / Moong Dal Khichdi / Oatmeal (contains refined grains) / 2 Boiled Potatoes (Peeled off) / 1-2 Chapati + Sabzi or Dal / Fresh Yogurt / Sabudana Khichdi
11:00 AM: MIDDLE MEAL: Pomegranate juice (50ml) / Buttermilk (if suits) / Coconut water / Carrot juice / Herbal Tea made from Cumin, Coriander and Fennel seeds / Herbal Tea made from Jamun seeds with pomegranate fruit cover
1:00-2:00 PM: LUNCH: 2-3 Chapati / Boiled Rice with Dal / Vegetable curry / Moong Dal Khichdi
5:00 PM: EVENING MEAL: Fruits / Vegetables Soup / Pomegranate juice (50ml) / Herbal Tea
8:00 PM: DINNER: Vegetable Soup / Fruits

Bottle gourd, Ridge gourd, Round gourd, Bitter gourd, Carrot, Pumpkin, Potato, Turnip, Radish, (Fenugreek leaves, Spinach, Mustard leaves in moderate quantity).

Garlic, Tomato, Ginger, Capsicum, Raw salad, Lady Finger, Colocasia roots, Cabbage, Ginger, Eggplant, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Sweet Corn, Onions (especially raw onions), Dried beans, Brussels sprouts, Peas, Legumes.
FRUITS THAT SHOULD BE CONSUMED:
Banana, Apple, Pear, Jamun
FRUITS THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED:
Grapes, Mango, Guava, Citrus fruits like oranges, Pineapple, Lemon, Fruits with seeds
PULSES THAT SHOULD BE CONSUMED:
Petite Yellow Lentils Split (Mung Dal-Dhule), Orange Lentils Split (Masoor Dal), Green Gram (Hare Mung)
PULSES THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED:
Chick peas (Kabuli Chana), Kidney beans (Rajmah), Black gram (Urad Daal)
SPICES THAT SHOULD BE CONSUMED:
Fennel, Cumin, Coriander, Thyme.
