Introduction
Hingvashtak Churna is an ayurvedic formulation which is the combination of several significant ingredients. As the name suggest hing (asafetida) is the major ingredient of this formulation. Hing is known as old Indian culinary ingredient which is enriched with various healthy properties. This formulation is known to treat the problems of digestion.

Method of preparation
- Took all the herbs in equal quantities and mix them.
- Now grind them to make it in powder form.
- Churna is ready to use.
Dose
2 to 4 grams with ghee (clarified butter) during food.

- Anorexia
- Bloating
Contraindications
- Stomach irritation.
- Under medical prescription if suffered from high blood pressure or kidney problems.
