According to the Ayurvedic point of view, Epsom salt is salty and slightly sweet in taste, cold in potency and light, unctuous in qualities. Due to its cold potency, its helps to pacify the Pitta dosha, along with this it also balances the Kapha and Vata dosha in our body. Magnesium and sulfate in Epsom salt help to calm the nervous system. To get relief from stress add one cup of Epsom salt in your warm bathtub. Soak your body in a bathtub for about 20-25 minutes. 2. Lavender Oil
