Remedy number two what we can do in this is we can take plain milk again it should be hot. We take a little bit of one spoon of almond oil, half a spoon of turmeric or either you can boil these things directly into milk. Take half a spoon of turmeric and one spoon of almond oil, and boil this. If you find it bitter or find it difficult for the little kids, you can take hot or cold milk, add little turmeric along with that and add one fourth spoon of almond oil. Mix this together and you can also add sugar to it or according to your taste. What we do is we take one spoon of besan that is black gram flour, then add two spoons of cow ghee and we roast that on a high flame, then add sugar equivalent to the besan quantity like one spoon of besan and one spoon of sugar, maybe you can add more sugar. Roast them on the flame and then what you do is once it is red, put milk according to your quantity if you want one cup or you want to drink a big glass of this mixture and boil them at a good temperature.
