Wedding day is one of the most important days of every bride’s life. Summer is the best season for healthy vegetables and fruits. This is not a time when you should use quick fix plans, or celebrity-endorsed routines but to adapt food such as fiber-rich fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meat or protein choices, some healthy fat etc. As a bride to be said, I want my waist to be slim and look gorgeous in my Lehenga and all those saris. Cut down on fast foods, fattening food items like sweets, fried food, junk food and processed food as they are high on calories and prevent you from getting in shape. Avoid drinking too much alcohol and smoking as it may cause dryness & other health issues.

LIFESTYLE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BRIDES

  • Water intake should be sufficient. 10-12 glasses in a day
  • Walk for 45 min to 1 hr. are recommended.
  • Small and frequent meals should be taken
  • Skipping of meals should be avoided especially breakfast.
  • Eat dinner before 8:00 pm
  • Cheat meals are only applied till the third month. No cheat meal last one month.
  • The best way to get in shape is to exercise regularly.
  • Sleep for at least 8 hours every day to avoid dark circles and add a natural glow to your skin
