‘AYUSH for One Health’ – Empowering Global Health Through AYUSH Practices

Ministry of Ayush, Government of India and the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) supported by the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, and Ayush Export Promotion Council (AYUSHEXCIL), officially launched by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi bring to you the 3rd Edition of International AROGYA 2024, an international Exhibition & Conference on AYUSH & Wellness which is to be held at Awadh Shilp Gram, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

The event will showcase the strengths of AYUSH systems and the inevitable linkages with industry. This International Convention on Ayush, Arogya-2024, will bring together experts from various countries to Lucknow between February 22 and 25. It will comprise an Exhibition, Conference, RBSM Program, and B2B Meetings and will engage participation by all leading organizations offering AYUSH products and services, Wellness Organisations, and renowned medical experts.

Event Objectives

To showcase the strength and scientific validation of the Indian System of Medicine at the global level.
To promote and strengthen awareness and interest in AYUSH Systems of Medicine.
To facilitate the international promotion, development, and recognition of Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Sowa-Rigpa, and Homoeopathy.
To foster interaction of stakeholders and market development of AYUSH at the international level.
To give a boost to AYUSH Products in the International Market.
To exhibit the research and latest developments in AYUSH Sector.
To harness the potential of this fast-growing and globally emerging sector.

The event themed, ‘Ayush for One Health’, seeks to bolster public health endeavors, advocate Ayush practices, and foster awareness among people on a global scale. Therefore, Experts and investors from 60 different countries have been invited for comprehensive discussions and seminars highlighting advancements in the Ayush domain, including Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Sowa-Rigpa, and Homeopathy. Experts will speak on treatment options and research done on how to make these traditional systems of medicine popular among the masses. About 250 manufacturers are likely to attend the event.

The events will demonstrate the efficiency and scientific validation of Ayush medicines. Being a global-level event, the conference will in turn promote international acceptance of Ayush medicine through comprehensive discussions. The event further welcomes participants interested in gaining insights into traditional medicine’s usage and health benefits. It will engage participation by all leading organizations offering AYUSH products and services, Wellness Organisations, and renowned medical experts. It is mandated to oversee exports of products of Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Sowa-Rigpa, and Unani systems and address trade issues about these sectors, to facilitate capacity building of its members on export procedures, organize B to B meetings, International events, roadshows, seminars and workshops on the export of Ayush products, and to safeguard the scientific research in the field of AYUSH Healthcare.

A Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) will be organized during the International Arogya 2024 to develop strategic partnerships in the medical and holistic healthcare sector between India and focus countries. More than 200 hosted foreign delegates from 80 + countries will be invited to participate in this event under the Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) program.

Hospitality for the Hosted Foreign Delegates

(A) Reimbursement for Air Travel Expenses: Ayushexcil will provide reimbursement for economy class airfare as per actual, subject to a maximum limit of USD 1,000 (for Delegates from Africa and LAC region) and USD 600 (for Delegates from the Middle East, CIS, ASEAN and SAARC region)

(B) Hotel Accommodation: Ayushexcil will provide 5-star hotel accommodation in a single occupancy room for 3 nights( 21 -23 Feb 2024) in Lucknow, near to the event venue.

Other Necessary Arrangements: Ayushexcil will provide local transportation (from hotel to venue) and meals during their visit to India.

Kindly note that Ayushexcil will host 8-10 delegates per country on the FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS and subject to appropriateness of profile and approval by the screening committee.
