April 11, 2025: Globally Renowned Ayurvedic expert Dr. Vikram Chauhan (MD-Ayurveda, CEO & Founder of www.PlanetAyurveda.com) is on a multi-nation European tour aimed at promoting Ayurveda globally. His journey covered key cities including Bratislava, Lucivná, and Poprad in Slovakia; Warsaw in Poland; Vienna in Austria; and Lisbon in Portugal, where he led a series of seminars, educational sessions, public consultations, and professional exhibitions.
In each location, Dr. Vikram delivered lectures and presentations on classical Ayurvedic principles, emphasizing their relevance to modern health challenges. He conducted Pulse Diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha) sessions and offered Ayurveda consultations to the public, attracting a wide range of participants—from curious newcomers to dedicated practitioners.
One of the tour’s highlights was his active participation in the 11th Edition of WorldFood Poland 2025, held from April 8–10, 2025, at EXPO XXI Warszawa, located at 12/14 I. Prądzyńskiego Street. Dr. Vikram represented Ayurveda’s contribution to holistic nutrition and wellness at this major business exhibition. His presence sparked meaningful conversations with health industry professionals, nutritionists, food producers, and wellness brands seeking natural and sustainable solutions.
At universities and wellness centers in Slovakia, Poland, Austria, and Portugal, Dr. Vikram conducted intensive Ayurveda teaching sessions. These included hands-on workshops in Pulse Diagnosis, training modules for health professionals, and seminars on Ayurvedic nutrition, lifestyle, and herbal medicine. His teaching bridged traditional knowledge with contemporary interest in preventive healthcare.
Dr. Vikram’s tour reflects a growing global interest in Ayurveda and its practical benefits. His efforts are part of a broader mission: to bring Ayurveda to the global stage and make it accessible to people across cultures and continents. Dr. Vikram has continuously expanded Ayurveda’s reach at global level from last 25 years and plans to continue it with more enthusiasm in coming years.
